Job summary

PDS International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive in Singapore to manage day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities. You will own supplier performance, plan inventory and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, issuing POs, tracking deliveries, and coordinating logistics. The role requires 2–5 years in purchasing or supply chain and a related diploma/degree.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to take ownership and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Word.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders and import/export documentation.

• Support supply chain manager/assistant manager in improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide guidance and coordination to junior team members on purchasing and supply chain matters.
• Maintain procurement records, reports and supplier performance information.

We are looking for a proactive and experiencedSupply Chain Executiveto manage day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities while taking ownership of supplier performance, inventory planning and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers

• Able to make confidence decisions in relation to supply chain sourcing

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning

• Manage supplier relationships and resolve supply issues

• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders and import/export documentation

• Work closely with internal teams on purchasing and supply requirements

• Support supply chain manager/assistant manager in improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Provide guidance and coordination to junior team members on purchasing and supply chain matters

• Maintain procurement records, reports and supplier performance information
  

What We’re Looking For
