RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end supply chain activities in a precision engineering and manufacturing environment.

You will oversee demand planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer order coordination. The role requires coordinating with customers, suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams while managing multiple priorities. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM or CIPS certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and manage end-to-end order fulfilment.
• Process and track customer orders from entry to dispatch and delivery.
• Align delivery schedules with customers and logistics providers to meet lead times and SLAs.
• Handle order changes and returns promptly.

• Up to $3,500 Basic + $100 Transport Allowance + bonus
• 5-day work week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuas View Circuit
• Must be comfortable working overtime on Saturdays/Sundays when required

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end supply chain activities, from demand planning and procurement to inventory, logistics and customer order coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across customers, suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Coordination & Order Fulfilment

• Act as the key supply chain contact for customers, sales teams and external clients regarding order status and delivery matters
• Process, validate and track customer orders from order entry through dispatch and final delivery
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and logistics providers to meet agreed lead times and SLAs
• Handle order changes, customer feedback, returns/RMAs and fulfilment issues promptly

Supply Chain & Demand Planning

• Analyse customer order history and sales forecasts to support supply planning
• Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Plans (MRP)
• Monitor buffer stock and reorder points to maintain sufficient inventory for key customer accounts
• Align material availability with customer requirements and project timelines

Procurement & Sourcing

• Issue, process and track Purchase Orders (POs) based on planning requirements
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Inventory & Warehouse Control

• Track inventory allocated to specific customer orders and prevent stock shortages or misallocation
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory against ERP records
• Ensure proper packaging, labelling and handling according to customer requirements

Logistics & Distribution

• Arrange inbound and outbound shipments with customers' preferred carriers and shipping instructions
• Prepare shipping, customs clearance and import/export documentation
• Track shipment status and proactively communicate potential delays to customers

Vendor & Service Level Management

• Monitor vendor and logistics provider performance against agreed KPIs and service levels
• Maintain accurate customer order records, pricing agreements and contracts in the system
• Identify supply chain issues and work with relevant parties to implement solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics or supply chain
• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment is an advantage
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or CIPS certification
