Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and contract administration.
• Knowledge of cost optimization, market research, and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP or procurement software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Understanding of ISO/quality systems and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
