Job summary

SINEUROPE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage import/export clearance end-to-end and handle documentation across the full supply chain.

Located in Tuas with company transport from Jurong East MRT, the role emphasizes proactive coordination, timely communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
• No experience required.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment clearance processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade documents.
• Ensure supplier and customer expectations met within agreed timelines through effective communication and proactive coordination.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Inventory data management and documentation.
• Produce inventory reports for management’s review.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to the complete supply chain cycle, including shipping, customs, and trade compliance documents.
• Ensure supplier and customer expectations are consistently met within agreed timelines through effective communication and proactive coordination.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any operational issues to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Inventory data management and documentation.
• Produce inventory report for management’s review.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
• With no experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents on shipping matters).
• Work location: Tuas. Company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT.
