Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a diligent Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator in the Alexandra Road area. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth daily shipment operations and accurate PO processing.

Requires a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field with 2–3 years of experience, knowledge of Incoterms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus. Overtime and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant supply chain/logistics operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and Incoterms.
• Experience handling high-volume Purchase Orders.
• Familiarity liaising with freight forwarders; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Handle daily shipment operations including PO creation and processing.
• Enter and update system data; schedule shipments.
• Verify invoices and shipping documents (e.g., BL).
• Manage order backlog and support forecast tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers for timely delivery.
• Support cost tracking and travel as needed.

Location: Alexandra Road area
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3,500 to $4,000 monthly (commensurate with experience)
Transport allowance provided

Our client is awell-established multinational organisation in the manufacturing industry with a strong regional presence. The Singapore office supports supply chain and logistics coordination across global markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders
• Handle daily shipment operations, including:
• - Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing
• - System data entry and updates
• - Shipment scheduling and coordination
• - Invoice and shipping document (e.g. BL) verification
• Manage order backlog and support forecast tracking
• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor logistics-related costs and support basic cost tracking
• Support ad-hoc supply chain and operational tasks
• Occasional overseas travel may be required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain/ logistics operations
• Good understanding ofimport/export processes and Incoterms
• Experience handlinghigh volume Purchase Orders (POs)
• Prior experience liaising with freight forwarders preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• SAP system experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with overtime and occasional travel
