Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import and export jobs from creation through billing and file closure. You will liaise with carriers, co-loaders, and internal/external customers to arrange shipments, handle permits, procure rates, and check origin/destination rates with overseas agents.

You will support sales for quotations, handle ad-hoc tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with regular overtime expectations while maintaining

• 5 working days
• Working Location: Singapore
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
• Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
• Expect overtime on a regular basis

• Create import & export jobs in system until Billing and file closure
• Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
• Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
• Handle import & export custom permit
• Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
• Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
• Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
• Support Sales for quotation
• Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
