Job summary

DA HUA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a store associate in Singapore to support daily operations in a busy cake shop. You will assist walk-in customers, promote products, and handle orders while maintaining store cleanliness and a positive image.

You will liaise between supervisors and staff, train new hires, and help prepare shift schedules. Flexibility to work night and split shifts is required, with overtime as needed.

Moitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.

Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.

Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.

Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required. able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking colleagues & customers

Good Customer Service skills

Must be able to work night shift and splite shift

Must be able to work extra hours if needed
