Job summary

SHAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an attentive F&B assistant to support daily outlet operations and deliver friendly customer service. You will help with order taking, stock preparation, and ensuring timely service in a busy environment.

The role requires long hours, including weekends and public holidays, and offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic team. Prior F&B experience and language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B outlets such as food courts, coffee shops, or restaurants.
• Ability to liaise with colleagues speaking Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations manager with daily tasks including roster planning and inventory orders.
• Ensure smooth outlet operations, provide fast and friendly service, and handle customer orders.
• Perform mise-en-place, cashiering when needed, and maintain dining area cleanliness.

Comply with company's policies and procedures relating to all outlet activities

Perform mise-end place

Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer

provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery in accordance to established SOP like taking customer order - clearing tables - require making coffee - perform cashiering at times - does mopping and cleaning of dining areas and dishwashing - any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
