Job summary

Century Evergreen Private Limited is seeking a kitchen operations supervisor to manage designated kitchen activities and ensure high standards of hygiene and service. You will oversee workers and assistant supervisors, liaise with the management team to resolve issues, and support the night shift to meet deadlines while maintaining productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to carry out cleaning duties and maintain hygienic, sanitary food handling standards.
• Experience supervising workers and assistant supervisors in kitchen operations.
• Ability to liaise with chefs, restaurant managers and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

2. To carry out cleaning duties as assigned, ensuring standards are followed to maintain hygienic, sanitary and safe food handling conditions.
3. Oversee workers and assistant supervisors within designated kitchen operations, ensuring a five star service is achieved at all times, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Assist Manager to settle ad-hoc matter, and liase with the Assistant Chief Steward, Chef de Cuisines and Restaurant Managers when problem's happen.
