Job summary

PUNGGOL WANGLU PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent catering team member to assist with food preparation and serve meals to customers in Singapore. The role emphasizes food safety, hygiene, and smooth service in a busy dining environment.

You will support menu planning, ingredient ordering, portioning accuracy, and coordination with other teams, while supervising attendance and training of staff as needed. The job requires keeping the dining area clean and well-organized after meals.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
• Implementing food hygiene standards, ordering ingredients and supplies, measuring portions, planning menus, and arranging for the catering of special events
• Do a good job in the coordination between the team and other teams
• Do a good job in attendance and training of team members
• Organize to clear the table in time after the meal, tidy up the dining room tables and chairs, keep the dining room clean and the environment is good
