XPERT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure daily operational duties are completed efficiently and ahead of schedule. You will oversee team performance, align with KPIs, and assist in planning staff schedules to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively.
