Job summary

BNL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a supervisor for stewarding operations to lead daily activities and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas.

You will coordinate manpower deployment, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts, weekends and public holidays may be required; training will be provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in stewarding, cleaning, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team independently and coordinate tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff on daily operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
