Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and process subscription orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Internal Sales, B2B Sales, Call Centre, Service Teams, and Sales Agents.
• Monitor order status from submission to activation and completion.
• Provide customers with timely updates on activation, maintenance, renewals, and service activities.
• Maintain accurate subscription records and support renewal initiatives.
