Job summary

Legrand Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with order processing, data management, and customer service. You will act as a liaison between customers, sales staff, and internal departments to drive growth and accurate reporting.

The role requires a Diploma/Higher NITEC in a related field and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency with SAP is essential to manage orders and customer records.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all sales orders are entered and maintained correctly in SAP.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records, key account information, and important business dates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and account support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Generate sales analyses and management reports as required.
• Update and maintain customer and sales databases within SAP.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
