Responsabilités

• Answer and respond to telephones & email inquiries.
• Track all Service & Sales quotations and progress.
• Make outbound sales calls to win service contract renewal.
• Maintain documentation on repair & service jobs.
• Create training registration/renewal process for service engineers.
• Establish feedback from customers as needed.
• Assist Chief Service Coordinator and Service Manager.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
