Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Subscription Services Operations Specialist in Singapore to support the Renewal team, review and upgrade opportunities, and build SOX-compliant reporting structures to protect contract value.

The role emphasizes pipeline readiness, data accuracy in customer installed base reports, and collaboration with Finance, Sales and Channel Partners. A 4+ year background in sales operations or contract administration is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Ability to organize, prioritize activities and manage high-volume transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with installed base data and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to renewals to enable seamless execution of the renewals process.
• Align accounts and territories to support pipeline readiness.
• Triage inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the correct owner.
• Quote and validate subscription renewals for assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners, Account Managers, Renewal, Sales and Finance teams to co-term renewals.
• Track activity in Salesforce and manage renewal stages.
