Neat in Singapore seeks a Subscription Services Manager to own renewals, NaaS orders and Pulse subscriptions for APAC, focusing on data hygiene, reporting and seamless lifecycle execution.

You will report to Operations, collaborate with Sales, Channel and external partners, and help define evolving processes as Neat scales; you are detail-oriented, able to juggle priorities, and proficient in Excel and CRM data.

Qualificações

• CRM experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, renewals, or data-centric roles.
• Flexibility to wear multiple hats and pivot between functions.
• Partner or reseller experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end renewals, NaaS orders, and Pulse subscriptions for APAC.
• Execute reporting and data analysis in Salesforce and NetSuite for accuracy.
• Drive proactive renewal motions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain data hygiene and audit records in back-end operations.
• Collaborate across Sales, Channel, and Operations; support partners.
