Job summary

JK Technology is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Assistant in Singapore to support and manage daily sales activities. You will handle quotations and administer purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You will respond to a high volume of calls and emails to resolve customer issues, build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing to keep processes

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily sales operations.
• Handle quotations and manage POs, DOs, SOs, and invoices.
• Respond to high volume of inquiries via calls and emails to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to streamline processes.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders-related reports.
• Attend vendor product training to stay updated on latest technology.
