is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, building trust and delivering attentive service. You will handle enquiries, registrations, and payments, promote the centre's mission, ensure data confidentiality, and support day-to-day operations while contributing to a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in professional, empathetic, and responsive interactions.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule (1 PM - 10 PM on weekdays; 10 AM - 8 PM on weekends).
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented in handling tasks and resolving issues.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administration preferred, but attitude matters.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM System for administrative tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.

• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, building trust and rapport.
• Handle customer enquiries, class registrations, and payments with attention to detail.
• Provide proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and administration, ensuring smooth and efficient branch function.
• Promote Aspire Hub's mission and values, acting as a brand ambassador for our services.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive data (e.g., student records, payments).
• Strive for customer satisfaction, building strong relationships for increased retention and loyalty.
