Mind Stretcher Education PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to deliver warm, professional service to students, parents and staff.

You will handle inquiries via walk-in, chat, phone and email, support classroom operations and help maintain a safe and welcoming learning environment. The role requires 1 year of customer service exposure, proficiency in MS Office, and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service-related working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Be able to work 4 weekdays (1.15pm - 9.45pm) and 1 weekend (8.15am - 6.45pm).

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, chat, phone and email promptly and proactively.
• Understand customers' needs and maintain high service quality.
• Create a warm and high-quality customer service experience.
• Establish rapport and build good relationships with customers.
• Work with other departments to meet customer needs and improve service quality.
• Support teachers and administrative processes as needed.
• Ensure safety and well-being of students and smooth daily operations.
