Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Customer Service Executive to support daily operations at the Singapore centre, assisting students and parents.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to handle enquiries, scheduling, enrolments, billing, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Weekend and retail hours are required; knowledge of basic billing and strong communication with families is preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours.
• Interest in music or education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.
• Assist with trial lesson bookings and student enrolments.
• Provide clear and professional communication to parents and students.
• Assist with lesson scheduling and student records.
• Track attendance and support daily operations.
• Handle basic billing and administrative tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the centre.
