Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in Singapore to manage inbound/outbound leads, build rapport with parents, and present programmes to drive visits and enrolments.

You will work with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions and achieving set targets. Responsibilities include conducting centre tours, communicating curriculum and teaching approaches, and taking ownership of closing enrolments with timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder.
• 3 years of sales experience, preferably in EC Industry.
• Willing to work weekends to support parent visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries).
• Build rapport with parents and understand their needs.
• Present the school’s value proposition, curriculum, and programmes.
• Drive conversion of leads into centre visits and enrolments.
• Conduct centre tours for prospective parents and close enrolments with follow-ups.
• Deliver a premium experience for every parent interaction.
• Represent the centre brand and ensure consistent messaging.
• Achieve and exceed targets for lead-to-visit conversion and enrolments.
