Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is recruiting for a Student Life Programme Administrator to organize and support onboarding and campus engagement activities. You will manage admin duties, publicity, data handling, procurement, and logistics while liaising with university departments and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and design/video editing familiarity, with a focus on student development and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in student and youth development will be an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Student onboarding programmes and related events.
• Handle pre/post event publicity, data management, procurement, finance and logistics.
• Liaise with SUSS departments and external stakeholders to coordinate Student Life programmes and courses.
• Provide mentorship and advisory support to student groups, ensuring policy compliance.
• Assist with outreach strategies across digital and physical touchpoints to enhance campus engagement.
• Maintain Student Life engagement platforms, create content and marketing campaigns, analyze engagement metrics.
