Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to support the School of Social Work and Social Development in administering academic programmes and initiatives.

The role involves collaboration with the School Manager, faculty, industry partners, students, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of programmes, examinations, and events. A degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned academic programmes and courses.
• Coordinate programme administration: admissions, enrolment and student engagement.
• Liaise with faculty, course developers, teaching associates, external examiners and industry partners.
• Support course development, curriculum implementation and programme reviews.
• Manage programme records, reports and information updates.
• Coordinate examination and assessment processes; assist invigilation where required.
• Ensure compliance with academic policies and quality assurance.
• Organise programme events, workshops, seminars and convocations.
• Assist budgeting, procurement, and resource planning.
