Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) seeks an Executive (Service-Learning) to support Service-Learning programmes and coordinate awards, NIE301 activities, and stakeholder engagement. The role reports to the Head (Service-Learning) and requires strong organisational and communication skills.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives using digital tools. A degree and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in higher education, education or community sector.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful team player with initiative and sound judgement.
• Comfortable using digital tools; data analytics experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Professional applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational delivery of key Service-Learning programmes and initiatives.
• Coordinate annual University awards, including nomination, assessment, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Coordinate NIE301 Learning with Communities activities, including administrative arrangements and onsite support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Service-Learning operations and stakeholder experience.
