Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking a highly organised Senior Executive to provide programme administration, stakeholder coordination and operational support for its entrepreneurship programmes.

You will manage timelines, registrations, participant records and vendor arrangements, while supporting mentor agreements, speaker engagements and masterclass contracts. Experience in startups or higher education is advantageous.

Formación

• Degree holders with 3-8 years of working experience.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and manage projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and discretion.
• Resourceful team player who can work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programme timelines and administrative processes.
• Coordinate registration, onboarding and participant records on internal platform.
• Support startup intake and selection exercises and manage programme documentation and databases.
• Track milestones, attendance and programme completion requirements.
• Coordinate programme logistics and vendor arrangements.
• Facilitate the preparation, processing and administration of mentor agreements, speaker engagements and masterclass contracts.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and founder communications.
• Support ecosystem engagement activities.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, templates and administrative workflows.
• Support procurement and payment processing and assist with process enhancements.
• Plan and execute workshops, masterclasses, Demo Days and networking events.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations and vendor management.
