Job summary

National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for Senior Executive, Student Life at NUS College in Singapore. You will support a vibrant student experience by engaging students, planning programmes and delivering events with hands-on operations and administrative duties.

The role requires collaboration with student leaders and colleagues, strong organisation skills, and flexibility to work beyond standard hours when needed.

Qualifications

• A good degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with university students or youth communities is advantageous.
• Experience in planning and managing events, including logistical arrangements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students and student leaders, providing advice and guidance on Student Life matters.
• Coordinate and implement student programmes and events, including logistics and venues.
• Provide on-site operational support for activities, including occasional weekday evenings.
• Support budgeting, expenditure tracking, grants, funding and procurement processes.
• Liaise with NUS departments, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and contribute to evaluation and improvement.
• Undertake other duties and projects as required.
