Job summary

CampusImpact in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Programme Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations of the programmes, plan and conduct sessions to develop students' social and emotional competencies, and engage regularly with students through mentoring.

You will observe needs, provide para-counselling where appropriate, tailor programmes to students' needs in collaboration with the leadership team, and liaise with stakeholders including volunteers and parents, while upholding CampusImpact's

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of CampusImpact programmes.
• 2. Plan and conduct programmes that develop students' social and emotional competencies.
• 3. Interact with students regularly over a prolonged duration through positive mentoring support.
• 4. Build positive relationships with students and contribute to holistic development.
• 5. Observe, identify and listen for key needs of the students.
• 6. Provide para-counselling support and refer to interventions when needed.
• 7. Plan and conduct customised programmes aligned with CampusImpact's character development efforts.
• 8. Manage or liaise with stakeholders including beneficiaries, volunteers and parents.
• 9. Adhere to leadership team instructions and CampusImpact rules and applicable Singapore laws.
