CampusImpact in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Programme Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations of the programmes, plan and conduct sessions to develop students' social and emotional competencies, and engage regularly with students through mentoring.
You will observe needs, provide para-counselling where appropriate, tailor programmes to students' needs in collaboration with the leadership team, and liaise with stakeholders including volunteers and parents, while upholding CampusImpact's
1. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes in CampusImpact, which includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students' social and emotional competencies.
2. To interact with the students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration through positive mentoring support for students.
3. To connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
4. To observe, identify and listen out for some of the key needs of the students.
5. To provide para-counselling support for students who have been identified with potential issues. If deemed necessary, the students will be referred for appropriate interventions.
6. To plan and conduct programmes customised to students' needs and integrated to CampusImpact's efforts in character developmenet in consultation with the Programme Executive and leadership team at CampusImpact.
7. To manage or liaise with stakeholders, which includes beneficiaries, volunteers and parents.
8. To act in all respects according to the reasonable instructions and directions given to you by the leadership team at CampusImpact.
9. You shall abide to all legal and appropriate directions, rules and practices set out in the constitution of CampusImpact and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
