Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to lead Student Talent Attraction and Development initiatives. You will design and implement development programmes for undergraduates and collaborate with colleges, offices and external partners to deliver training sessions and workshops.

You will engage participants throughout their journey, monitor programme effectiveness, coordinate mentorship efforts, and help raise the programme's visibility through communications and outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, humanities, or communications.
• At least 2 years experience supporting or managing leadership/talent initiatives.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for the development programme.
• Collaborate with colleges, schools, offices and external vendors to design and deliver training sessions and workshops for the programme.
• Engage with participants and provide ongoing support throughout their journey to ensure successful completion and continued engagement with the programme community.
• Identify and engage potential internal and external partners to support the long-term development and expansion of the programme.
• Assist in coordinating mentorship programme to provide meaningful connections that support the participants' personal and professional development.
• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of the development programmes, gather feedback, and make recommendations for continual improvement to ensure participants meet their development goals.
• Develop strategies to drive recruitment as well as to enhance the visibility of programme.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of communication materials such as social media posts, newsletters, website content, marketing materials, programme tool kit.
