Job summary

Singapore Institute of Management is seeking a student activities coordinator to plan and identify developmental programs that meet students' needs. You will manage CCA clubs, promote events and supervise programmes with input from external partners and students.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. You will oversee budget, support student welfare, and assist during crisis situations as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline with relevant working experiences.
• Effective oral, written communication and organisational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including Office, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Forms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and identify new activities and developmental programs meeting students' needs and interests with supervisor.
• Manage CCA Clubs per policies and guidelines and maintain regular interactions and meetings with them.
• Promote and market activities and programmes to students via various channels.
• Supervise and oversee programmes and events, including vetting proposals from external partners or students and making recommendations.
• Keep track of assigned budget and expenditure for related programmes.
• Provide prompt and efficient service to students.
• Support in crisis situations and student conduct management as required.
