in Singapore is seeking a Programme and Event Coordinator to manage the daily operations of the mentorship programme, including recruiting mentors, scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and coordinating with schools and coaches. You will handle mentor payments, maintain accurate records for reporting to the CDC, and support logistics, materials, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or a Diploma; a Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Community Development or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in programme coordination, administration or community/social service work; training provided for candidates with strong administrative backgrounds.
• Prior exposure to grassroots or community organisations (CDC, RC, VWO, school-based programmes) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen and onboard mentors for the programme, including background checks and orientation.
• Maintain and track mentor schedules and attendance; flag gaps or conflicts early.
• Liaise with schools, coaches and mentors on programme arrangements and requirements.
• Liaise with the Finance team to process mentor payments and provide attendance data.
• Prepare and submit regular tracking reports to the CDC and keep audit-ready records.
• Coordinate distribution of session materials and logistics, including food where applicable.
• Gather feedback from mentors and students and consolidate insights for programme improvement.
