Job summary

A leading student care centre in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to oversee operations and administration. The successful candidate will manage staff, plan activities, and engage with students from P1 to P5. Ideal candidates are patient and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and planning of the centre
  • Handle student and parent administrative matters, including behaviour concerns
  • Guide and support staff, and assign duties
  • Plan and supervise student activities such as field trips, group work, and daily tasks
  • Teach P1-P5 academic subjects when required
  • Maintain strong, committed attendance and reliability
Requirements
  • Experience in student care, childcare, education, or related fields (preferred)
  • Familiar with primary school syllabus
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Patient, responsible, and able to work well with children and staff
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in education/student care/child-related fields (minimum O-Level qualification)
