Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated youth engagement assistant to support students with emotional, social and well-being needs in our Engagement Centre.

You will monitor progress, plan activities, and coordinate with parents and partners to ensure safe, supportive participation in programmes. Prior experience with youths is valued and you’ll work closely with school staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or engaging youths in school, social service or community settings.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, emotionally resilient and able to build trust with students.
• Relevant youth work qualifications/certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage, befriend and mentor students with emotional, social and well-being needs.
• Monitor and track students’ progress and provide appropriate support.
