Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Student Engagement Specialist to mentor and support students' emotional, social, and academic development within a school setting. You will plan activities, monitor progress, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and partners to promote well-being and engagement.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 1 year in youth work or related fields, and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student engagement, youth work, social services, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage and mentor students to support their emotional, social, and well-being needs effectively
• Plan and supervise after-school engagement activities to foster student development
• Monitor student progress regularly and provide tailored support to address individual needs
• Communicate student progress and participation clearly with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with teachers, school management, and community partners to implement student support programs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Adhere to school safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality, and data-protection procedures consistently
• Perform additional student-related duties as assigned by the school
