Job summary

dnata Singapore is seeking a Strategic Workforce Leader to drive end-to-end workforce planning and resource optimization across the business. You will develop forecasts, models, and cost plans to support operations and commercial objectives.

You will oversee rostering, leave, attendance, and labour utilisation, ensuring efficient deployment across functions while maintaining compliance. You will partner with senior stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives to improve productivity and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in workforce planning, resource planning, or operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workforce planning and resource optimisation strategy across dnata Singapore.
• Oversee rostering, leave management, attendance and labour utilisation.
• Drive workforce forecasting, labour models, and resource plans for ops and commercial objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce strategy with business priorities.
