foodpanda SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to own workforce and personnel-cost planning for an assigned scope. You will partner with People, Finance and business leaders to lead planning cycles, challenge assumptions and translate data into scenarios for decisions.

You will strengthen planning standards, maintain dashboards across Anaplan, Workday/HRIS and Finance sources, and guide analysts while delivering timely insights on headcount, budgets and productivity.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in workforce planning, HR controlling or FP&A.
• Experience owning workforce or financial planning processes across a multi-market scope.
• Strong knowledge of headcount, budgeting, forecasting and P&L variances.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms including planning cycles and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for large datasets and decision materials.
• Ability to translate HR changes into financial impact and clear options.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge assumptions gracefully.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workforce planning for annual budget, forecasts and multi-year cycles.
• Lead planning discussions with People, Finance and stakeholders to align headcount and personnel costs.
• Act as SME on planning standards including positions, vacancies, hires and restructurings.
• Manage workforce movements in Anaplan WFP and align with P&L with Finance.
• Lead monthly workforce performance reviews and explain variances and risks.
• Develop workforce scenarios and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain workforce reports and dashboards across Anaplan, Workday/HRIS and Finance sources.
• Identify planning risks and ensure actions and deadlines are met.
• Lead process improvements and provide guidance to analysts.
