Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Planning) to lead strategy, planning and coordination of enterprise-focused programmes that enhance workforce capabilities and support workforce transformation within the Enterprise Group.

You will manage cross-cutting planning and policy matters, analyse data to support decisions, and engage with stakeholders across SWDA, MOM and other agencies to deliver EG priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, policy, or corporate planning.
• Ability to analyse complex information and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Understanding of manpower and workforce development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align EG's enterprise-focused programmes with SWDA's objectives and broader transformation priorities.
• Analyse industry trends, workforce data and programme performance to identify issues and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide central oversight in setting EG priorities, targets and KPIs, identify gaps and actions.
• Coordinate inputs across SWDA, MOM and other agencies on cross-cutting policy matters, including parliamentary questions and policy reviews.
• Plan and coordinate EG's annual corporate planning cycle and ensure alignment with SWDA's strategy.
