Job summary

Singapore Post seeks an Assistant Vice President, Talent Management & Organisation Development to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy, shaping performance and culture. You will oversee Talent Management, Organisation Development, Learning & Development and Workforce Management to build a future-ready workforce.

You will nurture HiPo leaders, implement leadership development, drive DEI and inclusive practices, and foster a high-performance environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline.
• 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development.
• Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering progressive L&D programs aligned with org objectives.
• Strong passion for fostering a positive, engaging, high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Talent Management, Organisation Development, Learning & Development and Workforce Management strategies and execution.
• Drive DEI and inclusive practices to build an engaged culture.
• Develop and implement leadership development programs for key and emerging talent, including coaching and mentoring.
• Partner with business and HRBPs to optimize structures, operating models, and workforce planning.
