Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent management and leadership development.
• Experience in organisation effectiveness or related CoE role.
• 14+ years in a complex, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise talent, performance, succession and leadership pipelines.
• Lead skills-based talent architecture and future workforce planning.
• Drive leadership assessment, coaching programmes and talent analytics.
• Own HR technology initiatives including SAP SuccessFactors and automation.
