Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years' progressive HR and admin experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy, governance and compliance to align with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition from planning through hiring and onboarding.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll and HR budgeting with accuracy.
• Oversee performance management, learning and organization development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, culture, and communications to foster engagement.
• Ensure HR systems and processes deliver reliable data, controls and reporting.
• Oversee office administration, facilities and corporate services to meet governance standards.
• Provide direction and coaching to HR and administration staff; partner with leadership.
