Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of Talent Management, Organisational Development, and Leadership Development experience.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering progressive learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Passion for fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent management and succession planning strategy.
• Lead HiPo identification and leadership pipeline development.
• Design early career talent programmes (e.g. management trainee).
• Implement scalable talent review frameworks and competency frameworks.
• Drive blended learning approaches and personalised learning journeys.
• Partner with HRBPs on targeted interventions for capability gaps.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation using GenAI and digital solutions.
• Manage executive coaching and mentoring programmes.
