Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) required for business communication and drafting contracts.
• Experience with senior management on strategic people matters.
• Experience in talent management, organisational development, performance management, rewards and change management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business objectives into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with growth objectives and organisational development.
• Advise on organisation structure and workforce planning with senior management.
• Lead organisational design, restructuring and change management initiatives.
• Oversee talent management, including development, career pathways and succession planning.
• Establish performance management frameworks and review processes.
• Develop compensation, rewards and incentive programmes in support of business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide coaching and strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and people managers.
• Oversee HR policies, processes and governance.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, budgeting, recruitment and related matters.
• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver HR strategies effectively.
• Support transformation and adoption of new technologies and evolving workforce requirements.
• Contribute to broader business and strategic planning.
