You will lead succession planning, HiPo programs, stakeholder engagement and enterprise talent projects, including AI-enabled practices, partnering with HR, Analytics and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Succession Planning: lead annual succession cycle for critical roles and develop development plans
• HiPo Identification: design and deliver HiPo frameworks and personalized development journeys
• Stakeholder Engagement: partner with senior leaders to embed talent practices across HR and business
• Strategic Talent Projects: drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives, incl. AI-enabled practices
