Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics and Trade Operations Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers while coordinating order fulfilment with factories and clients to ensure timely deliveries. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and proactive problem solving to support continuous process improvements.

You will negotiate freight rates, arrange shipment bookings, and provide guidance on cargo loss prevention and risk

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or trade operations.
• Knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with factories and customers.
• Resolve supply chain and operational issues affecting orders/shipments.
• Negotiate freight rates with logistics providers.
• Arrange and manage shipment bookings.
• Provide guidance on cargo loss prevention and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with insurance providers on marine cargo claims.
• Maintain records of orders, shipments, and fulfilment.
• Monitor supply chain performance and support process improvements.
