Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years of import/export experience, preferably in food, FMCG or trading.
- Good knowledge of TradeNet, Singapore Customs and SFA requirements.
- Experience with shipping documentation, permits and international freight.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily import/export operations and ensure timely shipment processing, with a strong focus on export and direct shipping arrangements.
- Prepare shipping documents, TradeNet permits, invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, SFA and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport providers.
- Monitor shipments and resolve clearance, documentation and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment, shipment planning and inventory movement.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and verify freight costs and invoices.
- Support logistics reporting and process improvements.
