Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Bedok, Singapore is seeking a Logistics Officer to manage daily import/export operations, focus on export and direct shipping arrangements, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

You will prepare shipments, permits like TradeNet, invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading, ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, SFA, and related regulations, and monitor shipments to resolve issues while supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• At least 3 years of import/export experience in food, FMCG or trading.
• Good knowledge of TradeNet, Singapore Customs and SFA requirements.
• Experience with shipping documentation, permits and international freight.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily import/export operations and ensure timely shipment processing with export focus.
• Prepare shipping documents, TradeNet permits, invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, SFA and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve clearance, documentation and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment, shipment planning and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and verify freight costs and invoices.
• Support logistics reporting and process improvements.
