Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is hiring for a logistics role in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage daily import/export operations and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment processing.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, TradeNet permits, invoices, and packing lists, as well as ensuring compliance with Singapore Customs and SFA. Strong MS Office and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 3 years of import/export experience, preferably in food, FMCG or trading.
• Good knowledge of TradeNet, Singapore Customs and SFA requirements.
• Experience with shipping documentation, permits and international freight.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily import/export operations and ensure timely shipment processing with a focus on export and direct shipping arrangements.
• Prepare shipping documents, TradeNet permits, invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, SFA and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve clearance, documentation and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment, shipment planning and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and verify freight costs and invoices.
• Support logistics reporting and process improvements.
