Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO to serve customers and provide feasible logistics solutions.
• Prepare and manage sales contracts and reports.
• Handle the entire spectrum of export documents and operations.
• Ensure that full set of export documents are kept in good order.
• Book vessel space with shipping lines.
• Provide booking confirmations to customers.
• Process sample submissions to customers.
• Courier shipping documents to customers.
• Declare marine insurance.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel related to stuffing issues.
• Handle issues related to direct sales.
• Cover Export Shipping Executive who is on leave.
• Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company.
• Handle Export Marine Insurance Claim.
• Monitor vessel ETD and update Navison.
• Handle daily operations – troubleshooting on warehouse and production matters.
