Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive forecasting, budgeting, and business planning for its freight forwarding and logistics business in Singapore. The role oversees sales, operations, and admin, ensuring strong performance and efficiency while expanding market presence.

You will manage KPI setting, drive business development with local and multinational clients, and lead digital transformation and CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• ≥10 years in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Experience managing a business unit/department.
• P&L responsibility.
• Budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Experience leading sales and operations teams.
• Established network among Singapore-based companies.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English for regional HQ coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business planning to support growth.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand revenue and market presence.
• Manage sales, operations, and admin functions for performance and efficiency.
• Oversee KPI setting, performance monitoring, and multi-department team management.
• Drive business development and strengthen relationships with local and multinational customers.
• Expand existing accounts and new segments via strategic engagement.
• Prepare management reports and updates to regional stakeholders.
• Oversee operations across air/ocean freight, warehousing, and supply chain.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and ops performance.
• Support leadership and succession planning.
